place and Ann & Roger retiring (haha!) to their residence in Council Bluffs. We are all excited about our

“retreat” at 324 Buena Vista Circle, Council Bluffs, IA, 51503-1743.

Initial bids will be available one week prior to sale day and conclude Saturday September 24 at 2:00 p.m.

when the bid-off will take place. The offering includes show heifers, replacement heifers, herd sire

prospects, bred cows and steers – and they are outstanding! Our policy on the bulls remains the same, 25%

down when sold (see sale information page) holds your bull till spring.

Please join us as we present some of the most sought after genetics in the breed. ENVISION has

set the breed on fire and is ranked in the top 10% in many categories. Direct descendants and grand progeny

sell. We are excited to introduce our new herd sire CYWD Jack Frost, several of the bred females will carry

his service and he will be hanging with the sale breds sale day. DEBV Gladiator will be close by as well.
